Sketch - Liquid in glass
This was a very quick oil pastel sketch meant to portray the way that light shines through a glass of colored liquid like red wine. Even though it is a quick sketch, I tried to portray realistic highlights and shadows on the glass as well as realistic color variations in the actual liquid by layering oil pastels to achieve the desired effects.
